Dented area around the jack on an ABG

I recently noticed this on my acoustic, and it kind of worried me, how much of a problem does this actually pose?

Strap jack and inlay indicates that the jack penetrates the end block, the dent is a cosmetic problem only. Another image showing the location of the jack would be helpful.
