Do tuners (Hipshot HB7) come with bushings?

I only ask because I'm going from chrome to black tuners.

IIRC they do come with the new bushing.

Mine came with bushings.

I did buy them new on ebay, so I don't know if they came like that form Hipshot, of if the seller included the bushings, though.
