Does anyone know how to make a 'Willis-Ramp'? Or where to buy one?

I have become really interested lately in trying out the Gary Willis ramp idea for myself on my own bass. I've been reading over some old posts on the same subject and they seem to have gathered a great response from fellow Talkbass-ers.

My question now is - does anyone know of any websites that sell a ramp OR is anyone here willing to make and sell their own? Or failing that does anyone have any step by step instructions for constructing a ramp?

I realise it is simply just a block of wood - but I'm really worried about how to get the string curvature right and making sure its perfect and so I would rather pay for something professionally made - and then adjust/modify it to fit my bass (Ibanez BTB 406 qm 6 string bass) rather than make my own from scratch through trial and error.

Any suggestions?

I know Pete Skjold has made ramps for people in the past. I have Rob Elrick make mine. Fodera will make them as well, but for double the average price from what I've heard (something like $200). There's no websites that sell them direct as the radius and height and length requirements are different for almost every bass. I've made two for myself in the past, but they were pretty ghetto- I basically cut blocks of plywood to size then used my orbital sander to make it the approximate radius, then shellaced the hell out of them.
