Does anyone Own a Gibson Blackbird or Epiphone Blackbird bass?

Does anyone own a gibson or an epipone blackbird bass? I recently got a gibson blackbird that was missing the Opti-grab part. I have called gibson and they cannot sell me this part. I bought this bass as a collectors item and would really like the original part. Most people say it's useless but I would still like to have it on my bass to keep it original. If anyone has this bass and thinks the part is usless would anyone consider selling me this part off their bass? I'm will to pay up to 40 bucks for this part. I really cant find it ANYWHERE. So if you have the blackbird and dont use this part I will pay you 40 bucks for this part off your bass

I am not sure if you ever found the Opti-Grab, but there are dealers in the UK that sell the Gibson part (Opti-Grab (Model: 430-77500)) but they can not ship the the USA...

I too am searching for 2 Opti-Grab's...

If anyone has one, or two, please let me know...
