| Yes, but probably only academically. Think about a right triangle created by the fretboad, an imaginary line representing your action height, and the string itself as the hypotenuse. If you raise action, thereby increasing the length of the second leg, Mr. Pythagoras said that the hypotenuse's length will increase as well. The string will, in effect, become a very little longer, and your intonation will be inaccurate as a result.
However...the scope of the inaccuracy will be so slight that it's probably not worth mentioning. |
