My friend brought his 8 lb. shi su (did I spell that right?) over with out me knowing today, only to have it piss on the bridge of my newly bought L.E. Stingray! Needless to say I got angry and wanted to to beat the bastard and eat his dog, but how do I get this horrid, pissy smell out without damaging this thing. |

try disassembling it and bathing it in rubbing alcohol. or just Febreze it.

| | | | disassemble and clean it with apple cider vinegar, trust fro animal smells it doesn't get any better than that.
If it still stinks look into and enzyme cleaner at the pet shop though i doubt you'd need it.
and yes eat the dog. |

| | | | Man! That really blows! Hopefully you can get the smell out! That's why I dont like tiny dogs, specially the mix between a Shih Tsu and a Bull Dog... |

and yes eat the dog. | Yeah... pet shops do have a variety of effective enzyme eaters to neutralize crappy pet pee..
We used to boot coconut crabs high into the air on Diego Garcia with a satisfying "crunch!" I wonder what sound a little, music-hating dog would make being kicked really hard? |

I have a Shiz Tzu and he's never pissed anywhere near any of my basses. He loves it and he's latest trick is to pound on the piano keys as hard as he can. Maybe this dog just didn't like your bass playing.
Than again, dogs tend to pee where they can smell strong body odors... have you washed your hands before playing your bass?
Good luck,
Seth |
