I am thinking about getting some really high gauge strings and leaving my Warwick in Drop C tuning. Will I need to adjust the truss rod or anything?

depends on how stiff the neck is, and how big the gauges you are going with. Also some strings have higher tension than others, so the answer is you won't know until you slap the strings on and tune the bass.

I plan on getting Ernie Ball Power Slinkies, .055-.110

I'm hoping I won't have to do anything.
