I don't need any more complete sets, as my straps are already equipped. I've been looking online for just the female parts, but I'm coming up empty.

www.allparts.com usually has them in stock. I always keep a supply on hand.

My local guitar store does. And before he stocked the buttons, I got two of them from Dunlop directly years ago.
