E string seems to "touch" second fret..

Just bought a epiphone t-bird today..
Happy with the purchase, but when i play the first fret on the e string, it doesn`t give of a "clean" sound... i didn`t really think about untill i got to tune it... but when i did, the buzzing was/is still present.....
So i wondered is there a way to fix it? Or is it "normal" for the model?

I would take it to a shop or if you know what your doing adjust the action

Yeah, it's either the action or neck relief. If you don't know what these terms imply, you should probably find a qualified tech.
