Ain't she a 'bute?
It started out as a El Captian. Looks like El Ca-bong to me.
I guess it was in a car accident.
It was given to me.
I don't know why.
Ya think I can fix it ti some degree?
I'd like to give it a go just for fun.

I think its fixable.

you would need to take off the fretboard, redo the truss rod, put the fretboard back on, fix the cracked hole.

then clean up the neck spot and re set the neck.

its doable. but is it really worth it??

That ain't broken, put it on Ebay and sell it as a travel guitar with a detachable neck for ease of transport!
