Question Encore P-Bass Tuning Pegs

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a year old Encore PK40sb bass, not verry good and it has been bashed around a bit but id like to restore it. My Tuning Pegs for my E and G strings have fallen of with only the gears left on the headstock. What Is The Best Way to Fix this Myself?

If you remove the tuners from the headstock by loosening the screws on the back of the tuners, you should be able to just slide the pegs back in. They are normally held in place by A) locking in with the gear teeth and B) by the tuner pressing against the headstock. Its hard to explain, but it should be quite obvious when you remove the tuners.
