the 3 point bridge is not too hard to adjust. the first thing I do is take some of the tension off the strings and set the height by adjusting the studs, a little at a time. a small turn on the bass side, then a small turn on the treble side followed by a small turn of the front stud. the idea is to avoid having one stud being extremely higher (or lower) than the others. after you set the height of the bridge, simply check and adjust the intonation of each string. btw, the saddles are different heights to match the radius of the fingerboard, the E and G are a bit shorter than the A and D. they're also numbered 1-4 in case they fall out when you're changing strings or cleaning.
hope this helps and good luck!

you're welcome. keep in mind that the front stud shouldn't be lower than the rear two. this will help the saddles from rattling and give you a nice break angle for the strings.
