Epiphone Parts??

I am looking for a new jack for my Epiphone EBM-5
Its an active 5-string, along with turning on the power when plugged in, the jack has a strange bezzel

Gibson of course is completely useless in this, so does anyone know of a good parts house that might stock the jack?
