Is this Fender AM STD bridge OK?

I've got a Fender American Standard Jazz bass.

The strings where they go into the bridge are at an angle the E and the A I mean, they don't go more or less straight down like the D and G.

The bass plays fine and the strings have the right spacing. Just looks a little strange to me, is this 'normal'?

I don't want to screw with it as, like I said, it plays fine. What do ya think?

I guess a few millimeters will make a difference.

It looks fine to me.
The strings pass right between the p'up poles.
If it plays fine, don't mess with it

Yes, I think it is fine, I was hoping for something symmetrical. Plays and sounds great. I was just able to intonate the G string for example, it is maxed out. Not much wiggle room but luckily I don't need any.

Thanks.
