tuning keys and a bridge, mostly. not sure if you can use standard keys or a standard bridge. also the control plate? or can i just use one from a jaguar?

IIRC, the control plate is the same as the Jaguar/Jazzmaster. The tuning keys are also the same and so is the bridge. If you can find a Jag bridge and tuning keys, you should be golden. Guys who have built replicas have just used NOS Fender guitar tuners with drilled out string holes and they have worked fine. Same thing with the bridges and control plates. I do recommend looking the parts over in person rather than ordering over the internet if possible...
