Question

K, here's my question (short and sweet). What's the difference between the J-Bass bridge covers and the P-Bass bridge covers? Can they be used interchangably? Any help would be nice.

Jazz covers were longer and designed to cover the bridge and the bridge pickup. The P cover is short, designed only to cover the bridge. On early Jazzes the cover had an embossed "F" stamped in them. The bridges were the same for the most part so you could use a P cover with a Jazz setup but the holes probably won't line up.
