Anyone know where I can score one of these bridges?

I've got a '96 MIA Jazz Deluxe and would love to upgrade to this bridge.

Also, where does one find metal knobs for these basses?

Yay on the knobs, but no joy on the bridge.

I've had no luck finding the 5 string bridge.
