FENDER HMV Bridge VS. Vintage Bridge

Anyone familiar with the pros and cons of each? I have a P bass with fender vintage bridge on it. Was considering switching to a High Mass Vintage Bridge after playing a new amer. std. p bass and thought the bridge was sweet. Any advice as to which one sounds better?

I had a vintage bridge on my Jaguar and I replaced it with a Hipshot brass bridge. I could not tell a difference in the sound.

The HMV looks better (to me) and uses hex screws/bolts but I don't think it really matters much.
