Fender Jazz Bass Pickgaurd.

I just bought a Jazz Bass Pickgaurd from Allparts and it doesn't square up with the holes just right..
Do the pickgaurds made by fender fit any better?

06 MIM Standard Jazz Bass if that makes any difference. I think I may have screwed up the holes a little bit trying to squeeze the screws in...
Toothpicks and wood filler anyone? hahaha

Almost certainly you didn't order the correct pg from Allparts. You have to be very specific about the year and the country of origin. Call them up, tell them you have an '06 MIM Jazz, tell them the part number of the pg they sent you (it should be on the invoice) and ask if they will make an exchange for the right one.

I actually just got my new jazz pickguard from all parts yesterday. I too I have a MIM and it didn't match up but I just filed it down a bit by the neck and control plate and it matched up perfectly.
