Fender Jazz body - how to tell if MIM or MIA?

I found a Fender Jazz body including electronics and pickguard on craigslist for really cheap, he's not sure what it is worth. How do I tell if its MIM, MIA or even Squire for that matter?

Squires have SJB or SPB stamped in the heel pocket generally. The finish may tell you if it is something only available to squire or MIA. Goto VintageFender.com, and they can usually point you in the right direction.
