Fender Jazz bridge saddle replacement?

I have a stripped screw in my G bridge saddle and am having trouble finding someone who carries a replacment part. I've called all over Tulsa and no one has them. Is there a way to fix those, or does anyone know where to find one? It needs to be chrome-plated steel so that it matches. Thanks!

Sorry, I needed to be more specific: it's one of the height screws that's stripped, not the intonation screw.

Found a chrome replacement bridge online, and I'll use the saddle from that. Thanks!
