Fender MIA Tuning peg nut comes loose

Has anyone else notice this with the newer Fender MIA basses. I have a 2010 Jazz and P bass and every couple of months when I change my strings I notice the nut on the front of the tuning peg comes loose. I have to tighten them every time.

Hi.

I've noticed that on cheaper mass produced brands with less than stellar machining tolerances. On both the headstock and the tuners themselves.
