Fender MIM Bridge help!!!!!!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
I have this project bass with an old mim jazz bass bridge on it. And every time I raise the saddle on the G string, it always finds a way to lower itself. I tend to hit the strings really hard, but I doubt its my playing style. It has gotten to the point where the saddle is on the base plate of the bridge. Can anyone direct me to a better bridge with good sustain, and can be covered with a precision bass bridge cover. I really don't want to spend that much money on this cause I am a broke college kid.
please help

Locktite. I have heard superglue does the trick too but never tried it. Or replace the bridge

Broke college kids should be studying instead of knocking their saddles out of whack. Gotoh. Badass. Google. Do these words mean nothing!!?!!?!?!?!?!!!?

Blue (not red) Loctite is a lot cheaper than a new bridge.
