Fender Tuners question

Hi folks. My Precision has the following type of tuners;



Can I replace them with these without modifications?



They are both described as being 2 pin mounts, but I'm not sure if the pins are in the same place. Thanks a bunch!

FYI, for those interested....

According to tech support at Bass Parts Resource, the pins on the above tuners are in different locations. Therefore, no replacements without modifications.

I replaced those same tuners with Hipshot Ultralites, and
holy bejesus, what a difference in balance. They are also
smoother to use. One little hole that you can fill if you ever
find the need.
