Question Fender tuning machines. Difference?

What's the difference betwen these tuning machines?

The last set is made of boron and slightly lighter in weight. The first two are identical except for the manufacturer, assuming they are different (most eBay sellers aren't known for accurate product descriptions).

ah I see, thanks~

further googling.... all tuners have different part number.
FWIW, some sites/stores says that the Fender/Schaller is used on 'pre 2008 models' and 'not compatible for Am.Deluxe Basses'. The "Ultra Light Tuners" has different gear ratio.

the first ones are the new lightweight american standard keys

the keys pictured in the second are the '90s boat anchors (avoid!)

the third are the "boron" lightweights; good keys, as long as you run a drop of loctite into the tension adjust screws after you install them.
