i'm attempting to breath some new life into my ooooooooold bass. The bass is a 2004(?) Ibanez starter pack bass. its basicaly been stripped down, and i'm going to reshape the body (something like a JazzMaster or a Jaguar) re-sand the fingerboard (currently it has no frets and has been re-filled with wood glue) completely new electronics (DiMarzio P/J DP126, new knobs/pots) new strings (D'Addario extra light rounds) and finally new machines (Hipshot HB6C-3/8). basicaly, if anyone has any input on how to re-wire, different paths (series/parallel)or general pointers, it would be great. Thanks in advance,
