| None for maple its allready got sealer finish on it. None for ebanol either thats not wood. For rosewood, ebony, wenge, and other unfinished wood fretboards I think dunlops deep conditioner for fretboards the best product. I apply it lightly when I first get a bass or guitar then again about once a year. If your fretboard looks dull, no gloss or shine at all, Id give it a couple light coats. Then about once a year. If you sweat a lot, a little more often might be warranted. Diff treat the fretboard if it starts looking dull bleh no shine like.
