Fixing Loose Pots On GSR200

Sign in to disble this ad
I noticed lately that my first bass a 03 Ibanez GSR200 is starting to so it poor quality and the volume and tone pots are very loose. I have to be very carefull when turning the knobs fearing that everything will come loose. I took of the back plate and the two pots are loose and I thought there would be some loose screws or something in there but there is nothing like that. How do I go about try to tighten these back up?

Well, you're gonna have to remove the knobs if you want to tighten the pots. They should either just pull off, or they might be held in place by a set screw.
