Fixing an old Guild Burnside Crossbow

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi all -

I recently got back two old basses of mine - one was my very first "real" bass (I posted a video about it here YouTube - ‪Aria Pro II back from the dead‬‏) and the other was my other "teenager" bass: a Guild Burnside Crossbow. The Aria was salvagable this one I am not sure of. I need to replace the steinberger tuning bridge. Any thoughts on where I can find one to replace this or any info I need to know?

These bits come up fairly regularly on Ebay - you just have to keep your eyes peeled - also check for Hohner replacement parts as they also fit.

Ed Roman used to have lots of Steinberger bits 'n' pieces. Google Ed Roman Guitars.

Caution: apparently he can occasionally be a bit of an opinionated butt-head to deal with...
