Flexy neck, how much is normal?

I got this korean bass with nice maple neck and I find that it flexes quite easily, like I can actually make strings touch the frets when I bend it back, well, the action is pretty low so it does not take much force.
Still disconcerting....

If its a Fender style, flatsawn neck, that isn't all that uncommon. Some like to use this to their advantage because they can do pitch bending by it. Billy Sheehan does it a lot.

FWIW I enjoy playing with a springy neck. I like to hit an open note at the end of a song and shake the headstock. Fun stuff
