I'm curious where I can get some of this stuff. not necessarily online, but places around town. I'm not quite sure how to describe it, either. I usually ask for "foam", but not sure how I should describe it further, or if that's what it's called.
any help?

The silicone tubing spoken of in this thread is available at Radio Control model hobby shops. Ask for Silicone Fuel Tubing. They sell several inside diameters by the foot.

That foam weatherstripping with the adhesive back came in quite handy putting some Duncans into my P bass. The stock foam had compressed too much, but two little strips of that and I was golden. |
