Fret buzz
 

I have fret buzz on my first fret on my 3/a string when I want to play in drop c it buzzes on every fret on my esp ax 104 i got it fixed at a local store the guy recommended a guitar hanger and I got one. I need to know a sure way to fix it Idc how much money I got cash I need something that'll deffinetly fix it thanks for anyone who helps
