Fret buzz only on A string

Sign in to disble this ad
I have an Ibanez GSR200, and I was getting some fret buzz on all strings when I played up around the 17th fret. I tightened the truss rod just a bit, and that took care of the problem on every string except A, which is still buzzing. Overall the A string isn't too bad, but there's an especially pronounced buzz when I hit that 17th fret.
I like the truss rod where it's at, so are there any other ways I can address this buzz?
