What is usually the cause of fret rattle below the 9th fret. By rattle I mean that simply pressing the string down causes a rattle that can be heard with and without the amp.

i'm also getting abit kneck rattle, but only when i pluck the E string abit hard, the kneck rattles, if anyone can tell us what usually causes the kneck to rattle, woud be greatly apprisiated.
