Hey guys
Does anybody know what difference does it make to have jumbo frets or small ones like a mandolin?
A friend of mine has a bass that plays like butter and he said that it wasn’t like that before, and he took it to the luthier and he shaved the frets so the action was lower.
So it makes me wonder if smaller frets = lower action = better playability.
Does anyone know? |

And this is in the wrong forum.

Yes, this is in the wrong forum. |

You might want to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the TB forums. Off-Topic basically means anything not specifically music-related - it's where the freaks and low-lifes hang out. |

See what I did there? Now it's a proper OT thread. |
