Front bow Jazz Neck

I recently got this 60'ies reissue fender jazz bass with no pickups or bridge. These problems have been taken care of and she's now fitted with a gotoh bridge and emg's.

The second problem I noticed was that the neck had quite a big front bow. I also presume the trussrod is broken.

Is there anything I can do about this? (except from getting a new neck).

If its broken it will be more cost effective and easier just to get a new neck
