Are the other notes at the 11th fret out of tune?
I will have to check. I know I tried fretting the note in a couple of different places and it still sounded off. The reason I say that is that I was playing along with a song before playing live, but also when I went to band practice, it sounded off then too. I don't think the other notes in that area sounded off.

Update

Played last night. What I found out is that my b string at the 10 fret sounds find, the E string is also fine, but the A and D are out of tune, but the G is fine. What the heck is going on there????

Sounds like just a little intonation issue, just intonate the affected strings at the 12th fret and you're fine. If you don't know how, check out the stickies at the top of this forum.

A new set of strings and a basic intonation checkup might indeed work wonders, or at least establish if it is something more uncommon...
Yeah I was going to make a post about the strings. I would consider them fairly new, but I put them on maybe August. I have DR Low riders, and I play live about 3 times a month. I will check out the intonation sticky.
