Team Talkbass,
I got a new G+L in March of this year and as is standard with G+L it came with a hard case to match. A few days ago the handle snapped clear off and I dropped my instrument, luckily only a foot or so and it is fine. I tried to contact G+L but have had little luck in finding out if that sort of thing would be covered under warranty, does my G+L even have a warranty at the six month mark?
Anyways, I contacted the shop I got it from and they weren't sure either and they claim to be trying to find out for me, but I was hoping some one around these parts knew more or had some experience with the topic.
I love my G+L as an instrument and thats what matters. Should I expect them to get me a new case?
