Geddy Lee replacement neck

Just discovered that my Geddy Lee has a twisted neck which sounds common for this model. It looks as though its possible to occasionally
find original replacement necks. However, I'd prefer to replace the neck with something that will last even if I have to sacrifice that great feeling/playing neck. Can anyone let me know if its possible to replace the neck with a new Fender 2008 American standard jazz neck or a reissue '75 Fender CIJ neck? It looks as though they have the same dimensions (34" scale, 9.5" radius, 1.5" width at nut) the only difference being that the thicker American standard neck has 22 frets compared to 20 on the GL.
I may also have a problem with the neck bolt holes aligning, though perhaps not with the RI '75? Luckily there are some great local shops that may be able to help with adjustments.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is your bass under warranty? If you're the original owner Fender should fix it...right?

Often extended fretboard Fender style necks have the fretboard overhanging the body leaving the neck pocket the same.

I suspect that a Warmoth neck would fit.

A true '75 RI should have a three bolt neck with microtilt, not a four bolt (or screw to be more correct). I don't know if the '75 RI MIA necks are, but that's how Fender made 'em in '75 and that's how my former MIJ '75 RI was.
