I did not look at these specific necks, but assuming they are a jazz neck and a Geddy neck...
The Geddy neck is shaved down on the back to be even slimmer than a typical jazz neck. Some people think this makes it great, and others think this makes it horrible. The only way to know is play it and see what you think.
