Light or deep scratches?

Don't know about the product you mentioned, but I have successfully used 3M Scratch Remover (bought at auto supply store) to take out light scratches on my Fender. It is billed as "clearcoat safe".

I got best results with small amounts of goop and large amounts of patience and elbow grease, a similar technique to "spitshining" shoes.

Should be able to buff it out with a high quality scratch remover and a buffer if they are not deep.

If it's not too deep and you want a hand applied product, take a look at Meguiar's Scratch X.
