Gibson Grabber G3 bridge replacement bits

I just got me a '76 Gibson Grabber G3 last week and the string height adjustment screws on the bridge are pretty worn out. Any suggestions where I could get a replacement set for the screws (I'd need to get them posted to Finland, too)?
