I have determined my Fender Jazz is in need of a fret job. The first 5 frets are pretty worn and maybe some leveling past those.

I just don't know who to take it to. None of my friends have any recommendations for me. Just who NOT to take it to.

I'm in Huntington Beach, CA. Anybody know of anyone around here who is any good?

Joel Grant, who works in the shop above the Sound Matrix rehersal space does good repair work. He isn't too confidant when it comes to electronics, but he has a good rep for being a good "wood and metal" luthier.

I can also tell you someone who not to go to. PM me if you care.
