Got my bass back. Warmoth content.

Got my Jazz bass back yesterday with the Warmoth neck I ordered. Fantastic! The tech I know did a great job and my bass plays like just like I wanted. Action is fairly low with no fret buzz.

The neck I ordered was pretty straight forward. Maple neck, Pau Ferro fingerboard, steel rods instead of graphite and the standard taper as opposed to the slim taper. I wanted the neck to feel and to be as sturdy as possible which is why I thought I'd try the steel rods and the standard taper. Hard to describe but you can really feel the strength of the neck. While the standard taper has a definate bigger feel to it, it's not at all uncomfortable to play. No dead spots either, sounds nice and even from top to bottom.

This is my first experience with Warmoth and I'm very pleased. Thier workmanship is top notch, my bass plays and sounds great and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from Warmoth again.
