No reply.sucks because not only do I need to exchange the Hipshot tuners but order a second set. Anybody have experience with them? Seems like poor customer service.just a heads up dudes.

I looked on their site and you must fill this form out: Guitar Parts Resource LLC :: Returns Form to get an authorization number.

Lots of guys here have used this seller and most seem to have had no problems, They are reputable.

I have also bought a lot of stuff from them in the past and never had any troubles with them.

Recently though I made a big order and one of the items is on backorder. I really didn't like the way they notified me about this; They just put a note on the package and that was it. No email, no call, nothing.

I am curious how their customer support will treat you because it looks like I will be going through that as well.

I use them a lot. I always find what I need and the shipping time to Norway is very fast, and cheap. However I've never had to deal with CS.

I had some protracted troubles with them - poor-no communications even with a 'special' form.

Phone calls tell you to use their online e-mail address for assistance - lot's of luck.

I finally got my problems resolved - a couple of months later - but I doubt that I'll ever go back to them again.

The problem was a back-order and had nothing to do with wrong part numbers or a mistake on my end.

Got a email to mail the parts back with invoice enclosed.so off it went today. I got copies of invoice and tracking number. So we'll see. I need to order two sets of Hipshot tuners but I am waiting to see how this turns out.

They also finally answered me after 10 business days(Perhaps their sales rep was on summer vacation?).

However I am a little dissatisfied with the way they answered. They just forwarded the shipping info directly from the USPS website without any further comments. It almost seemed like an automated answer.

Did they treat you the same way guys?

Tbird, when I do online business I don't do it that way. And I don't think that I am the exception in this case. It's a shame there is companies that don't realize how important customer care is

I Basically built a bass ordering only from them. I never have had to use CS though. But I read somewhere that there are few people running that company and what not. Seems like they are using the "dragonfire" pickup company excuse for those who know what I'm talking about. But hopefully its just a busy/tough time/we let a 5 yr old answer CS problem
Hope all works out well..

I am currently in a Paypal dispute with this company. I placed an order for some parts and noticed just as I sent the Paypal funds that it defaulted to my old address. I copied/pasted the order information into another email that I sent to their customer service address within 5 minutes with my correct shipping address and to reply back with confirmation that they got the correction. I never got a reply. I called and left a message on their contact telephone number and never heard anything back. I sent another email and never heard anything. Meanwhile the tracking number from USPS said the package was delivered to the wrong address. I opened a Paypal claim for lack of response and they responded to that as if they were not responsible whatsoever and are refusing to make good in any way. BEWARE!

(Beside the fact that I refuse to use PP at all for their nastiness and $800.00 in NZ funds that they refused to release to me at my bank) - I am deeply concerned about all the people here who have troubles with this online company.

I got my drawn-out situation resolved when I sent them a link to my complaint and questions of their ethics here where I posted them on TB.

They responded quickly after I mentioned to them that TB is an international site and that their dirty laundry was out in view.

It got resolved pretty fast after that but I could feel the clenched jaws in their response when I was holding their feet over the fire.
