I got a DIY fretless for almost nothing, because the guy who did it almost ruined it.
So i spent like 70 minutes in this forum, reading about shiming, filing and trussrods, another couple of hours with the bass, and voila:
I now have my first fretless, and its setup just like i want it.
*edit*
I have to say that the fretboard itself was flawless.
Luckily, cos that sounds lika a hazzle to fix.
