Hardware for a 5 strings Jazz Bass "Marcus Miller signature"

Hi,

a friend of mine lost one of the "journal box" (I hope the thranslation is right) located in the back of the body of his Fender Jazz Bass "Marcus Miller signature" (5 strings, where the string goes through from the back and gets out in the bridge) but I found nothing over the net.
So I'm asking the experts where could I find such part online?
