| Has my Dr stringfellow polish gone gloopy?

Not a big thing in the grand scheme of things but i bought a bottle last year and used it a few times. Then it just stopped spraying. I ran water through the spray head to clean it. Water sprays fine. But not the polish.
Anyone else had this happen? |
