ok, i have a problem with my Washburn XB-200. The action is medium but pretty uneven...What can i do to even it out (besides truss rod adjustments)

From your description, I can only guess that your saddles are set a different heights causing the action to be different string to string. If that IS the case, adjust the offending saddles and check again.

But if this isn't the case, you might need to give a little bit more info
