Help with Hipshot HB1 tuners

my Black Hipshot Tuners HB1 just arrived earlier so i can put them on my Stingray.. The E A & D tuners fit in the slot perfectly. the problem is the G string slot tuner doesnt have the peg on the left. it's on the right liek the other tuners so i can't use it for the G string. so currently my Ray has 3 Black tuners and 1 chrome and i don't like it liek that.

Is there anything i can do because i tried to find a way to remove the peg and put it on the left side but i couldn't find a way.

you got the 4-inline set, not the 3+1 set. the opposite happened to me. i needed inline and received 3+1 (ebay). if possible, contact the seller and see if you can swap the odd one for a treble side tuner. either that or find a single one for sale. the one you have is not going to fit no matter what.

damn what a bummer. i'll try contacting the seller then. if not any suggestions where i can buy the single treble side one?

Are the HB1's not "reversible" like the Ultralites?

That is a possiblity. I just checked their website, but it doesn't mention it.

IvanHardy - I would send them an email to confirm or just try to dismantle it in the meantime.

well i tried to dismantle it and i couldn't find a way to remove the peg to put it on the other side. ill check the site out. and the guy on ebay was only selling 2 more of the same HB1 models so i doubt he has the treble side one.
